Pon is a cheerful and creative individual who faces concentration difficulties due to his hyperactivity, being diagnosed with ADHD. Instead of seeing his diagnosis as a limitation, he decides to create his own world full of colors and emotions where he can express himself freely and find methods of regulation. He discovers that his diagnosis doesn't define him but enriches him, allowing him to experience emotions uniquely and adapt to different situations.

Pon shares his experience to create a more empathetic and diverse environment at ADHD Project, a clinic specialized in supporting people with ADHD. The clinic not only offers therapy but also provides a safe space where patients feel understood and accepted, with a focus on adjusting therapeutic strategies according to individual needs to help them lead a fulfilling and balanced life.
